This week we swing o9pen the doors to Sylvia Lancaster, Sylvia is one of the strongest and bravest women on the planet. Using a huge tragedy in her life to try and make changes in the world all in the name and legacy of her daughter Sophie.
We talk to Sylvia all about who Sophie was as a person, the work Sylvia has done with the Sophie Lancaster Foundation, the things she has learnt along the way, the outcry of support from the rock and metal community and what she hopes to achieve with the Foundation.
This is a really inspirational story with one of the strongest people we've ever met, the work the Sophie Lancaster Foundation is so important and i really hope you can all join us on this journey in lending support to such a great cause.
